Terms & Conditions:

  • Buyer agrees that the Persian kitten purchased from seller is not for breeding, unless a breeding contract was agreed upon and a breeding pin was purchased separately from seller. If the breeding pin was not purchased, buyer agrees to have their kitten spayed or neutered as soon as their personal veterinarian feels it is a safe enough time for the kitten.

  • The kitty is sold to Buyer, and Buyer purchases and accepts the kitty in “as is" condition and Seller makes no guarantee of warranties, express or implied, concerning the health of the kitty except as expressly and specifically set forth as follows: Will have health checkup from vet showing clear health, de-wormed, as well as first shots.

  • Health guarantee:

    a. Buyer will have the kitty examined by their licensed Veterinarian within 30 days. If Buyer's Veterinarian determines the kitty to have a serious illness or congenital defect, Buyer may return the kitty to Seller for a full refund within 30 days*. (Provided the kitty is in the same condition as at the time of pickup and provided Buyer delivers to Seller a verified letter from the Veterinarian of Buyer confirming that the kitty has serious illness or congenital defect)

    b. In the unfortunate event of death, and if buyer wishes a refund, a necropsy must be performed at Buyer’s expense. It must show that kitty died at no fault of their own, and within 30 days* from take home date.

    *If buyer signs up for Nuvet autoship to continue the supplements their kitten was raised on, using the seller’s referral link, www.Nuvet.com/202652 or calling 1-800-474-7044 (order code 202652) the contract will extend from 30 days to 6 months.

    c. The Seller doesn’t guarantee against possible infection of the kitty by common parasites such as worms or fleas as they are dewormed and treated for fleas before going home.

  • The kitty shall be given adequate housing and shall be properly and sufficiently fed, and as with Persians: regularly groomed. The kitty shall not be neglected or mistreated in any way. 

  • If for any reason the Buyer can not keep their kitty, please contact Joyful Journey Persians at 1-540-300-6321 first, before placing the kitty in a shelter, and we can take them back (after 30 days at no refund, but find a loving home).

  • Buyer has read and understands all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Buyer understands that the terms and conditions contained constitute a binding agreement and constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the sale and purchase of the kitty.
